After what seemed like a never achievable first release, and much personal deliberation over "what's the point" "will people think my code stinks" etc, I'm finally in a position to offer up a first version of the source code behind this site.

This is GPL Open Source. You really need to be a developer to get this source working, but I've tried to make the setup and learning curve as simple as possible. See Getting Started guide. Projects is hosted on chgdoc.svn.sourceforge.net.

What's next...
I've setup UserVoice account incase this project takes off. I want to update the code and extend it. I'll probably just use it as a learning experience.

Comments aren't 'disabled'... I just haven't coded that part of the site yet. If you really want to comment, you can email me... or if you prefer, you can download the source code, add the feature, release it back to SourceForge, I'll publish a new version and update my site.
